Hey guys, it's Cari. Thought I'd hop on here as we're approaching the end of July, which I like to call the 'Dead of Summer' and it's the best time to buy a property in Greater Vancouver.
During the Dead of Summer, people are going away on their camping trips., they're going traveling. This is their last chance before school starts in September. So in Greater Vancouver, you have gorgeous weather, but no one's really around. So as a buyer, you have fewer competition.
🏠 Here's the other thing too, right now we're seeing a lot more inventory on the market. This is way different than how it was a couple years ago. So you have a lot more selection. So take time, get out there and view as many properties as possible before you make your decision.
➡️ Here's a tip: sellers who generally have property listed on the market for sale right now, THEY HAVE TO SELL. They absolutely have to sell.
Otherwise, why would you list it during the dead of summer, right?
So take advantage of this time when buyers are out of town and go check out those properties. You can perhaps get a smoking deal 🤝 And that is my tip for you. Happy house hunting! Take care.
